BELOW THE BELT:
A 45 minutes class that focuses on functional lower body moves to tone, tighten and sculpt the lower half. We will combine strength exercises, cardio drills and balance moves in this challenging workout.
CORE: A 55 minutes class that focuses on the stabilization and toning of the mid section by working the core and the muscles that stabilize the spine. You will use Swiss balls, balance boards, resistance bands, mats, etc.
X-TRAINING: An intense 45 minutes full body workout designed to improve overall strength and endurance. This class combines a series of upper body and lower body weight training exercises at a pace that induces cardio vascular conditioning.

SPINNING: The original indoor cycling program. Tone your legs, strengthen your heart and relieve some stress. One of a kind stadium spinning room. This is a 45 minute class plus warm-up and cool-down.

TOTAL CONDITIONING: Full Body Conditioning using Dumbbells, Step , Bodybars, Resistance Bands, lunges in the parking lot,….... Everything is fair game!!!

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Challenging and fun describes this 45 minutes class. Working trough 5-6 stations you will have a complete workout doing cardio vascular drills, upper and lower body exercises, abdominal work, and more.
SIX PACK ABS: Serious abdominal work coupled with lower back exercises and a good bit of stretching make these classes the perfect way to finish or start your workouts. This is a 20 minute class.
POWER-STRETCHING: A unique class designed to improve your balance and flexibility, by combining core exercises, yoga postures and stretching techniques.
